The GD Guitars Super S “Sable Tone” Prototype is a player’s concept Strat-style built to age naturally, not artificially relic’d. The alder body features a satin gold spray-over finish with a metallic purple base that will reveal beautifully with real playwear. Small dings and marks are intentional—character, not flaws. Features a roasted flame maple neck, anodized aluminum pickguard (rounded edges), and custom Sabletone Series pickups from GD Pickups. The humbucker and single-coil covers were 3D-printed in black pearl by DarkSky Endeavors. Versatile electronics include a master volume and variable coil split for endless tone control. Smooth setup with NYXL 10–52s, brass block tremolo, and GraphTech hardware. Comes with a Roadrunner case. A true player’s prototype—built to be played, not polished.
